Our goal is to make your visits here at Lolo Dental comfortable as well as comprehensive. To ensure that is the case, we have provided all of the necessary paperwork in the link below. Please take a minute fill these important documents out prior to your visit.

On your first visit, you will meet the doctor and our staff. We ensure comprehensive care by allowing time for the necessary X-rays as well as a thorough examination. This will allow us to make the proper diagnosis and treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

FAQ’s:

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, Lolo Dental Clinic is accepting new patients! We’d be happy to see you for your dental needs. Schedule an appointment , or call our friendly staff at (406) 273-0490.

Do you do payment plans?

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment plans for our patients.
Fees may be paid as follows:

  • Prepayment, or payment at the time of treatment with cash or check, will receive a 5% discount.
  • Payment of balance in full within 10 days of statement date.
  • Use of your VISA or MASTERCARD.
  • For large treatment plans, and with approved credit, we can offer 0% financing for up to 6 months.

Extended payments are available upon arrangement with the financial coordinator. Accounts outstanding more than 60 days from treatment date will bear interest at 1.5% per month or 18% per annum. All major treatment or treatment involving significant laboratory procedure will require an appropriate down payment.

Do you accept my dental insurance?

If you have dental insurance we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us to allow for better service. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, not to the insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions for our office on your behalf.

What if I have a dental emergency?

If you have a dental emergency, contact our office for further instruction. If your emergency is taking place during normal office hours, we will do our best to see you as quickly as possible. For emergencies happening after hours or during the weekend, contact our office for an emergency number to reach the dentist(s). We will get in touch with you quickly to recommend a course of treatment.

Does your office treat children?

Yes! We like to get children into our office to meet the staff and get familiar with the environment. We feel that it is critical that all children start off with a positive dental experience to set them up for a lifetime of good oral care. It is also critical that parents start cleaning their kids teeth at home as soon as they erupt (appear in the mouth).

What should I bring to my first dental appointment?

Please download our patient form packet above and bring the completed packet with you to your first dental appointment. You will also need to bring a current photo ID. If you have dental insurance, please remember to bring that information as well. If you are seeking a second opinion or being referred by another dentist please request your records be sent to lolodentalpc@gmail.com. I am scared of the dentist. Do you provide sedation?

If you are scared/anxious at the dental office we are here to help. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and we can prescribe anti-anxiety medication to put you at ease. We also have pillows and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. If you have music on your phone we recommend you bring headphones to your appointment. Our staff is very experienced and comforting to help make your appointment a breeze.

Does your office use digital technology?

Yes! We are completely digital. We offer digital X-rays to limit radiation exposure. We also have a Cone Beam CT Scanner and Panorex machine. Both doctors are well trained in the latest dental technologies so they can provide the highest level of care for their patients.
